Katrina Relief Servant Event is taking shape! January 1-7, 2006
We've already got people signed up, and there is room for more!
We will likely travel by van or RV. All travel, food and lodging expenses will be covered (Thank-you concession stand volunteers!) Tasks may include tearing out walls and interior fixtures, replacing drywall and ceilings, or other types of clean-up type labor. So if you like to get into a Mongo wrecking-crew frame of mind and love a pioneer spirit, this trip is for you! We will likely work five days. Team members must bring their own boots, gloves, goggles, and respirators. We may be asked to bring tools specific to what we will be working on. We will be sleeping on cots in tents set up in a soccer field, or in any RV's that may come down with Faith members.Ball State University
